Conference Registration Fee:

€ 200,00 (Full Conference participant)
€ 100,00 (PhD student – Certificate required*)

*PhD student status must be certified by a confirmation letter (in English) including signature of Head of Department, to be submitted at the time of registration.

The registration fee includes:

– Admission to all scientific sessions
– Lunches and coffee breaks
– Conference dinner, Thursday 16 June (registration required)


On-line registration will be possible until August 1st, 2018.

Please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Payment Procedures

All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any changes or cancellations regarding registrations, should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. For cancellation on or before 12 May 2016: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded after the conference. For cancellations made after August 27th, no refunds will be made.

Letter of Invitation

The Conference Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee would like clearly to state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to get travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the Conference towards the participant. The Conference Secretariat will only send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.

Passport and Visa

A valid passport is required for non-EU citizens for entry into The Netherlands and the European Union. An identity card is sufficient for citizens of EU Member States. Please consult the Consulate nearest to you for special details.

Information Desk

The registration area in the Conference Venue will be open for registration and information.

Conference badges

All participants must wear the Conference identification badges.


The official language of the Conference is English.

Certificate of Attendance

Every participant will receive a certificate of attendance.

Mobile Phone Manners

Please turn off your mobile phone and other wireless communications when attending sessions or use the silent notifications options.


Upon registration, participants agree that the Organizing Committee cannot be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
